Peggy Adams

Peggy is one of the absolute keys to our success. We consider her to be a coveted secret ingredient, and without question her creativity and innovation gives us a big edge in the world of Chocolate.

Peggy grew up in a family of sweets monsters and her love of chocolate was well nurtured. Her earliest memories are of Chocolate Easter Bunnies and the ever puzzling question of where to take your first bite

She later studied Home Economics at Arizona State University. Here her interest in commercial cooking was sparked.

After a 30 year career involving almost every phase of the food industry she is once again at "Home".

In Our small kitchen we are creating a truly fabulous fudge.

The entire process is done by hand. The nuts are hand chopped, no processers. The ingredience are hand stirred, no mixers. You get the picture.
